STARTING UP
How should I start?
You will need to register your domain, organise hosting, prepare your content and have an idea about the final design and functionality you want to achieve. We can help with all of the above and more.
How do I register my domain?
You can do this through your project manager, or we can point you in the right direction so you can do this for yourself.

Where are you guys based?
Our head office is based in Clerkenwell, EC1 St Johns Street, and our customer contact is based In Rose Hill, Surrey.

For all sales please call 0845 0179623. Otherwise you will be given a direct number to your very own account manager who will be available for you between 9am and 7pm daily.
SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION
Will I appear on Google and other search engines?
Upon completion of your site, we will submit your site to all the major engines including Google, Yahoo and Bing.
How long will it take to get me on page one of Google?
There are 2 ways to get onto page one of Google, We can either run a Google PPC campaign, or organic search engine optimization campaign. PPC is the quick way, and is good for short-term campaigns. Organic is the long-term method. We can implement both for you, and advise you on which method will suite your business best. In short with PPC you will effectively pay per click, arriving on Google page almost instantly, and with organic you would need between six to nine months, depending on how competitive the words are that you wish to appear on Google page one for.
WORKING RELATIONSHIP
Do I need to sign anything?
For your peace of mind we have a terms and conditions document which needs to be signed by both parties. The document contains project specifications, deadlines and costings. We use this to protect both parties.
Who will own my website?
As soon as we have the complete specification for your website and have uploaded your website to the web, you will become the owner of the website. We will also post you a disk with your website files, so you will always have your website in your possession.
What if I want to move my hosting from you guys?
As all our hosting is free for the first one year, you don’t need to worry about paying for hosting. 1 month before your hosting is due to expire, you will receive a quote from us for the 2nd period. You are free to take this up or move your hosting to another provider. All we need is one month notice to move your hosting.
THE DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT PROCESS
What if I don’t have pictures for my site?
Not a problem, we can source pictures to meet all budgets. Just let your project manager know in the first instance.
Can I change my mind on design?
Absolutely! As we do not design from templates we allow our clients to dictate how their final design should look. Our designers are also here to make recommendations should you need any professional assistance.
Do we need to meet face to face?
We can either meet at our offices or for your convenience our project manager can come out to visit. As we have all the upto date project management techniques, we can manage the whole project on the phone, using email and also video conferencing.
LAUNCHING YOUR SITE
How long will it take to finish my site?
We will always give you an estimate of how long it will take to complete your site after our initial consultations. It usually helps to complete quicker if clients have the content ready, and a good idea of final design & functionality.
Rather than provide you with a quick completion time in order to win the deal we would rather give you an accurate build time and test time so we have a consistent end product, not one which will go wrong due to a rush job.
USING YOUR SITE
Can I edit my site myself?
Yes, we can develop an easy to use administration system that will allow even the most novice Internet user to easily and quickly update text, pictures, products and prices on their site.
Can I sell products and services online? And have my own business?
Absolutely! We can develop an online shop where your users can pay using credit card or a PayPal.
I will also need email addresses
All our packages come with email addresses. So you can have your own domain. myname@mycompany.com
SUPPORT
What if anything goes wrong with my site after you build it?
As with all development, there needs to be a period of testing after the works have been completed. All testing and de bugging are included in the price. We do not charge for fixing any problems with any sites we host.
How can I avoid expensive hourly charges if I need maintenance and improvement after my site has been built?
Once clients have completed their website, they usually return to improve, amend or change their website after the works have been completed. In order to keep costs down we give clients the option of a maintenance package, whereby they receive x hours per month of our time for a fixed monthly fee starting from £25. For this they can have development and design time, allowing them to keep clear of expensive hourly costs.

How can I monitor visitors to my site?
Once your site is completed we set you up with Google Analytics so you can track how many visits you are having per day to your site and information on how clients are finding your site. Google analytics also has a lot more features which we will train you on.

PAYMENT
When do I make payment?
We will require 50% of payment before commencing the project and 50% upon successful completion.
